The Ladies Who Launch (LWL) are excited to open applications for this year’s Launch Program! In 2022, selected applicants will each receive a $10K Cash Grants and 6 months of Mentorship, Education, Community, and Amplification.
Rooted in equity and inclusion, Ladies Who Launch is committed to bridging the equity gap in entrepreneurship. For far too long access to capital, business connections, and educational resources have not been readily available to women and non-binary entrepreneurs of diverse backgrounds.
LWL’s Launch Program aims to combat this gap. Founded in response to COVID-19, the Launch Program supports women and non-binary entrepreneurs to scale the businesses of their dreams while mitigating the pandemic’s adverse effects. Today, to meet the needs of the fast-growing community of women entrepreneurs, particularly BIPOC and LGBTQ+ founders, and to navigate supply chain disruptions and inflation, among other challenges, this program remains critical.

Criteria

Applicant
- Must be a founder that is a woman or non-binary person
- Founder must own 51% or greater stake in the business as of the application due date
- Applicant must be a legal resident and citizen of the United States
- Applicant must be 21 years or older as of the application due date (3/27/22)
- Must have a team that is made up of 51% or more women, femme, or non-binary people
- Proficient in English

- Businesses must be incorporated, located, and operate in the United States
- Consumer-based products/business (Direct to Consumer, Business to Business) not including Finance, Healthcare, Technology, Logistics & Manufacturing
- 2021 gross revenue of $100K – $2M USD
- Businesses must not have previously raised funding from venture capital firms
- For-profit companies incorporated on or before January 1, 2020
- Staff size between 2 and 30 employees (full-time, part-time, independent contractors)
