The 2021 SIMNA Awards Ceremony is inviting applications for Australia’s impact measurement community to come together and to celebrate the joy, the depth and the variety of social impact measurement work being carried out across the country in their 7th year. They celebrate the great work being done across Australia to advance and evidence social change.
It is also an opportunity for their community to connect. As in previous years, their Speaker Panel will join them on the virtual couch to reflect and take stock of the year that was. You can guarantee great conversation!
Winners will be announced at their ‘virtual awards’ event on Wednesday 8 December. With short 3-minute pitches from their Finalists and a Discussion Panel with impact measurement change-makers, funders, philanthropists and policy makers, this unique digital networking opportunity is not to be missed!
SIMNA Award Categories
There are four fantastic Award Categories to choose from:
- Excellence in Social Impact Measurement: For organizations that set best practice standards for social impact measurement in Australia and that demonstrate particularly robust measurement approaches or social impact measurement at scale.
- Innovation in Social Impact Measurement: For individuals and groups that have developed or adopted innovative solutions to social impact measurement in their or another organisation.
- Outstanding Collaboration in Social Impact Measurement: For social impact measurement projects or initiatives that feature collaborative approaches that go beyond the usual. This might include cross sector and/or intra sector collaborations that work to adopt systemic changes in complex areas.
- Effective investment in Social Impact Measurement: For funders, grant-makers, philanthropists and governments for whom social impact measurement is helping them to effectively invest in social impact and drive real social change.
Eligibility Criteria
- They strongly encourage any organisation based in Australia that undertakes or supports social impact measurement to apply.
- This includes: NFP organisations, Governments, philanthropic organisations, social enterprises, for-purpose businesses and impact investors.
