Deadline: 03-Nov-2025
The Coastal Region Grant Program invites applications from eligible organizations for the 2025–2026 cycle to support environmental conservation, restoration, and community engagement projects.
The focus areas of this grant include enhancing climate resilience, promoting sustainable development, supporting vulnerable populations, fostering inclusive economic growth, strengthening community systems, and encouraging innovation in local solutions.
The program provides multiple funding opportunities to support a wide range of project types. Seed Grants of up to $5,000 are available to help explore feasibility of project ideas. Community Engagement Grants of up to $1,500 support small, short-term projects that strengthen local participation. Land Securement Grants are available year-round to help with land acquisitions, with funding amounts determined based on the nature of the transaction. Annual Grants form the main intake, supporting larger projects that will begin after April 1, 2026, with applications due by November 3, 2025.
Applicants are encouraged to carefully review the program guidelines and eligibility requirements before submitting their proposals. Projects must demonstrate alignment with the program’s conservation and community engagement goals, as well as strong potential for measurable impact.
