Deadline: 11-Aug-2025
Applications are now open for the Cost of Living Community Grants, which aim to support voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations in helping Hull residents manage their household expenses and deal with the rising cost of living.
The grants are intended to assist people with managing essential spending on items such as energy and food, as well as helping to prevent debt or manage existing financial difficulties.
Grants between £1,500 and £8,000 are available. These are offered to organisations that provide direct support to local communities within Hull.
Eligible applicants include registered charities, small community groups with a constitution and a group bank account, religious establishments offering practical community support, and not-for-profit companies limited by guarantee, including CICs. Groups working in partnership are also welcome to apply.
However, the funding is not available to individuals, statutory bodies, commercial or for-profit organisations, or CICs limited by shares.
