PAIDAR aims to support economic recovery and sustainable development in rural Sindh through financial assistance to viable business proposals.
The program’s objectives include poverty alleviation, inclusive development, economic recovery, and sustainable development in Sujawal.
PAIDAR offers grants to support the setting up of individual enterprises as well as collective businesses. These grants are available for both new business setups and the innovation or expansion of existing enterprises. The program encourages a diverse range of entrepreneurs, with a strong emphasis on women and youth participation. The grants aim to empower vulnerable groups by providing financial support to viable and deserving business proposals.
Eligible applicants can receive funding up to a maximum of EUR 10,000 (or equivalent in Pakistani Rupees) to develop their micro enterprises. The guidelines insist on the presentation of realistic and feasible business ideas corresponding to actual needs. The grant supports various types of businesses, including value chain industries like tomato ketchup and chili sauce, bio fertilizers, oil pressing, ice cream manufacturing, plastic bottle manufacturing, IT-related businesses, digital financial services, beauty parlors, handmade crafts, fish farming, and many more diverse trades.
The program promotes innovation and supports a wide range of potential new and existing business activities, encouraging entrepreneurship at the grassroots level. Applicants must follow the structured application process detailed in the comprehensive guidelines to ensure fairness and streamline the selection process. The deadline for submitting applications, along with the required documents, has been extended to 31st October 2025.
For those interested, applications should be submitted as hard copies to the designated NRSP district office in Sujawal. Women entrepreneurs are especially encouraged to apply to foster greater inclusiveness and empowerment within the community.
