Proposals are reviewed by town administrators and the Community Grant Committee before final approval by Town Council.
Recipients of funding must responsibly manage the grant, keeping solid financial records and submitting a final report within a year. Unused funds must be returned, and all necessary licenses or permits must be secured in advance. Successful applicants are also expected to acknowledge the town’s support in any project materials and demonstrate alignment with local values—projects must be inclusive and respectful.
