The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications from qualified organizations to fund an activity entitled “Positive Youth Engagement” to expand educational and leadership opportunities for youth ages 14-29 throughout the West Bank by creating sustainable hubs for youth innovation and learning.
The PYE activity will reach vulnerable and marginalized youth aged 10-19 at risk of social marginalization in deprived areas where they live by improving education, health, employment, community involvement (reintegration) and other needs as identified through drivers assessments.
Funding Information
The Award Ceiling of this NOFO is $25,000,000.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualified U.S. and non-U.S. Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), U.S. Private Voluntary Organizations (PVOs), and U.S. and non-U.S. for profit firms (provided they forgo profit) may participate in this NOFO. Applications will not be accepted from individuals.
