Deadline: 11-Jul-25
Applications are now open for the Reach for Gold Social Impact Fellowship Program, a unique leadership and capacity-building initiative designed to empower emerging leaders with a passion for creating lasting community impact.
This transformative fellowship provides participants with the tools, networks, and experiences needed to drive sustainable change across sectors such as education, health, infrastructure, and economic empowerment.
At the heart of the fellowship is a carefully curated blend of mentorship, peer learning, community engagement, and the hands-on implementation of a capstone project.
Fellows are equipped with not only the knowledge but also the mindset and practical skills required to lead with purpose and impact. This is more than a learning opportunity — it is a movement of purpose-driven individuals working together to address the world’s most pressing challenges.
Selected fellows benefit from tailored mentorship by professionals in the social impact space, skill-building workshops that enhance leadership and project management capabilities, and the chance to develop and launch a personal social impact project.
Fellows are also awarded a certificate upon successful completion and may access potential scholarship opportunities. Just as importantly, they join a global network of changemakers, fostering meaningful relationships and collaboration opportunities.
Throughout the program, fellows are expected to actively participate in all scheduled activities, including training sessions, mentorship meetings, and collaborative forums. They will work closely with peers and mentors to develop and implement a capstone project with measurable community impact.
Fellows must also provide regular updates and a final project report while upholding the values of the Reach for Gold Initiative. In addition, participants must agree to have their project outcomes shared for program documentation and promotional purposes.
To qualify for this globally open opportunity, applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 and demonstrate a strong commitment to social change and community development.
Candidates should have a proven record of volunteerism, civic engagement, or leadership. They must also possess English proficiency, as all program communications and activities will be conducted in English.
Importantly, applicants must be prepared to commit to the full duration of the program and be available to carry out their capstone project during the fellowship period.
This fellowship offers a powerful platform for young changemakers worldwide to gain recognition, support, and the practical tools they need to lead social transformation.
