Deadline: 26-Sep-2025
The Australian Consulate-General in Bali has officially opened the Direct Aid Program (DAP) for the 2025–26 funding round, inviting project submissions from organizations based in Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), and Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT).
This small grants program is part of Australia’s broader aid efforts and is funded through the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
DAP is designed to support impactful, grassroots-level initiatives that address development challenges while promoting inclusive and sustainable communities. The program encourages participation from local groups and organizations aiming to make a tangible difference in their communities.
For the 2025–26 cycle, the Consulate-General is offering grants of up to IDR 150,000,000 per project. Applications must be submitted online via the SmartyGrants platform and must include a detailed project budget. All funded projects are expected to be fully completed by June 2026.
Funding will prioritize projects in areas such as gender equality, disability, and social inclusion, with a particular focus on women’s empowerment and disability inclusion. Additionally, environmental initiatives are strongly encouraged, especially those related to waste management, climate change adaptation and mitigation, and sustainable tourism.
This is a valuable opportunity for local organizations in the region to receive support for innovative, community-driven solutions that align with both local needs and global development goals.
