Deadline: 07-Oct-2025
The Arts Council is seeking applications for its Arts and Disability Connect Scheme to support disabled artists for developing their practice and connecting with other professional artists and arts organisations in Ireland.
The Arts and Disability Connect Scheme is managed by Arts and Disability Ireland, the national development agency for arts and disability, on behalf of the Arts Council.
The scheme is divided into four distinct strands, each offering different levels of support. The Mentoring strand provides funding of €3,000 to facilitate guidance and professional growth through one-to-one mentorship. The Training strand offers €1,000 to help participants enhance their skills and knowledge through relevant educational opportunities. The New Work strand, with funding of €15,000, supports the creation and development of original projects, enabling artists or practitioners to bring fresh ideas to life. Finally, the Research and Development strand provides €5,000 to encourage exploration, experimentation, and the development of innovative concepts that may lead to future projects.
