Deadline: 31-Oct-2025
The Girls’ Support Association is seeking applications for its Girl-Focused Support Programs to encourage the active participation of all children, especially girls, in education, culture, arts and life skills in Antalya and to ensure equal access to opportunities.
Projects selected by the Board will receive in-kind financial support ranging from 20,000 TL to 50,000 TL. Rather than transferring funds directly, approved expenditures will be paid to suppliers, ensuring that the support is used precisely for its intended purpose.
To qualify, projects must prioritize girls as the main target group, making up at least 60% of the direct beneficiaries. The initiative must also be launched in Antalya and designed with a rights-based approach. Proposals are expected to promote girls’ self-confidence, participation, and social development through meaningful and engaging activities.
Support is focused on several core areas. These include improving access to education and life skills such as digital literacy, STEM, and language development. Projects promoting cultural and artistic expression are also encouraged, especially those involving creative activities like music, dance, painting, and literature. Environmental awareness is another priority, with projects focusing on sustainability, climate action, and eco-friendly habits.
Additionally, the program supports initiatives that strengthen girls’ understanding of their rights, encourage civic participation, and promote leadership and advocacy. Another key focus is helping children connect with their city—learning about its history, engaging in its cultural life, and understanding their rights and responsibilities as active urban citizens.
Applications must be submitted online via Google Forms, with all required documents uploaded for the submission to be considered complete. Applicants are advised to review the detailed application guide and supporting forms before applying.
The program is open to a diverse group of applicants, including student societies, youth groups, educators, local NGOs, volunteers, individuals with relevant expertise, and local mukhtars. This wide eligibility ensures that a broad range of actors can contribute to creating supportive, inclusive environments for girls to thrive.
