The Thrive Capital Summer Fellowship Program will provide a select group of college students with a 10-week paid internship, a stipend to offset education costs, and deep involvement in the activities of the firm.
Thrive Fellows will apprentice with a specific team at Thrive and participate in curated Fellow events. This is a full-time position for the summer, based in-person at the New York office.
The Thrive Fellowship is designed to nurture and develop the next generation of founders, investors, technologists, and researchers by welcoming current college students to work alongside the Thrive team during the summer of 2026.
Fellows will gain deep involvement across the firm, receiving mentorship from Thrive professionals throughout the internship. The program also offers a $40,000 grant to help offset junior year education costs, alongside a paid internship annualized at a $100,000 salary, from June to August 2026.
Eligibility is open to current college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors with US work authorization who demonstrate a deep interest in technology and exceptional ability. Candidates should show respect for others, uphold ethics and honesty, and earn trust by consistently doing what is right. Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential traits sought in applicants.
Applications for the Thrive Fellowship close on December 1, 2025, with interviews beginning in December and final selections announced in February 2026.
