Deadline: 30-Oct-2025
The Cheshire Datasystems Limited Fund offers grassroots community groups in Stockport the chance to receive up to £1,000 in funding to support projects that benefit local wellbeing and inclusion.
The CDL Fund awards grants to a range of community projects, in particular addressing the concerns of digital inclusion, education, employability, arts and culture and disadvantaged groups in society.
The CDL Fund is now open for applications from grassroots community groups based in the borough of Stockport. The fund welcomes applications from groups with an annual income of less than £150,000. Applications from groups whose project catchment area borders the borough will also be considered.
The Fund aims to support local community or voluntary groups and projects that contribute positively to the quality of life, general community wellbeing and improved health of people. It is particularly interested in projects with a digital inclusion focus. Sports clubs and groups are not eligible to apply for this round. Projects must not have already taken place or be paid for, must not contribute to major appeals, promote political or religious beliefs, or deliver services that should be provided by statutory bodies.
Applicants must submit the required supporting documents along with their application. Decisions are expected by mid‑December 2025. Successful groups should not begin activities until after confirmation of funding.
