Theme and Submission Guidelines
The official theme of the competition is Rights of Citizens in Police Interactions.
Participants must submit a short awareness video with a duration of 2 to 5 minutes, created in MP4 format. Videos may be produced in Hindi, English, or any regional Indian language, allowing creators to reach diverse audiences across the country.
Submissions must be uploaded online, and participants are required to share a public access link via YouTube or Google Drive on the MyGov platform.
Eligibility
The competition is open exclusively to Indian citizens, encouraging participation from across the nation, with a strong emphasis on youth engagement.
Awards and Recognition
To recognise outstanding and impactful entries, the contest offers the following monetary prizes:
The first prize carries a reward of Rs. 20,000
The second prize awards Rs. 10,000
The third prize awards Rs. 5,000
