The Ruth Titilayo Educational Foundation is pleased to offer a scholarship, awarded to successful applicants who are currently studying in a Federal University or State University within the Nigeria.
The grant may cover all your expenses or just make a small but useful contribution. It consists of a tuition allowance up to #100,000, a maintenance allowance up to #20,000, and further allowances, such as internal travel costs associated with the course of study or research and fieldwork expenses, which are paid at the discretion of the committee.
Applicants must meet all of these criteria: must be domiciled in Nigeria, must be under the age of 25, be a student at the time of application or have been registered as a student within the last three years, have obtained a minimum GPA of 4.0 in a 5-point system (or equivalent GPA if not based on a 5-point scale). Final year undergraduates are also eligible for the Ruth Titilayo Foundation Undergraduate scholarship.
Candidates will be assessed on academic merit and based on the information provided in the scholarship application. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview where they will be asked a series of competency-based questions related to their current year group.
The application window will close on 31st October 2025. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted from 11th November 2025, followed by an interview in December 2025, and scholarship awards will be given to successful candidates.
