Deadline: 01-Nov-2025
The Ethereum Foundation is now accepting applications for its Destino Devconnect Grants, aimed at supporting events and initiatives that promote Ethereum adoption across Argentina and the wider Latin American region. The goal is to encourage meaningful onchain activity and community growth in these areas.
Selected efforts can receive up to $1,000 USD in funding. The initiatives should focus on Ethereum-related education, adoption, or practical applications. All events must be free to attend, open to the public, and not involve investment, pricing discussions, or token sales. Only events that are yet to take place will be considered.
The grant is open to a wide range of applicants, including community organizers, educators, university clubs, hackathon and meetup hosts, builders, and anyone passionate about Ethereum’s potential in Latin America. The foundation is especially interested in projects that demonstrate a strong community impact.
Applications will be evaluated based on audience size, reach, publicity strategy, the applicant’s past experience in organizing events, and how well the proposed initiative supports the goal of bringing Argentina onchain. A clear explanation of the funding’s purpose is also essential.
To apply, interested parties must submit a form with their event idea and a detailed budget. If approved, the team will receive a notification and be asked to submit an invoice for the approved amount. After hosting the event, recipients are expected to document it thoroughly.
Required documentation includes photos showing attendance, copies of presentation materials, and a follow-up review to share with the Devconnect team.
