The City of Tuzla, in partnership with the ReLOaD3 Program, invites civil society organizations (CSOs) from Bosnia and Herzegovina to submit project proposals addressing social inclusion, human rights, gender equality, environmental protection, and youth empowerment. Grants are available across three funding levels ranging from 5,000 KM to 50,000 KM, with project durations of 4–10 months. Applications must follow legal registration requirements and be submitted by 19 December 2025, 3:00 p.m..

The ReLOaD3 Program supports initiatives by civil society organizations that contribute to the development goals of the City of Tuzla. Projects aim to enhance social inclusion, human rights, environmental sustainability, gender equality, and youth empowerment.

Funding Lots and Project Sizes
Funding is available under three LOTs based on project size and duration:

LOT 1: 5,000 – 15,000 KM, project duration 4–10 months

LOT 2: 15,000 – 25,000 KM, project duration 6–10 months

LOT 3: 25,000 – 50,000 KM, project duration 6–10 months
