Microsoft and Creitive are calling all B2B, seed-to-series A stage, APAC startups with a software-based solution to an environmental or a social challenge, to join the Microsoft Singapore GreenTech Challenge!
Microsoft and Creitive are teaming up to provide their support, Microsoft Cloud Platform services, and business connections to early to mid-stage startups that are solving environmental or social challenges within the SG Green environmental areas.
In partnership with Creitive, the Microsoft Innovation Center for Sustainability Solutions (MICSS) program harnesses the power of technology to enable corporate clients and solution providers to work together on creating a more sustainable future.
Scope of Involvement for Startups
Commitment, active involvement, minimum of one team member to be involved for 2-3hrs/wk throughout the project scope which includes post selection presentation, onboarding into the ‘Microsoft Singapore GreenTech Challenge’ program, activities within the program, post program involvement with select corporate partners.
Startups get an opportunity to work with major corporation to co-create a product.

Criteria
- Offering an innovative technical solution that supports customers in their digital transformation.
- Less than seven years in existence.
- Less than $25M in total annual revenue.
- Pre-Seed, Seed and Series A stage (or validated equivalent).
- Priority selection will be for startups aligning with key Microsoft strategic initiatives.
- Should have an established product, service, or business model which is poised for further growth in multiple communities or countries.
- Must be engaged in the development of an owned (not licensed) software-based product or service that will form a core piece of the current or intended business.
- The company needs to be incorporated in Singapore or must be willing to incorporate in Singapore.
- Funding information must be verifiable.
