The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal for Facilitation of Biodiversity, Fisheries, land-based and Marine Pollution, and Gender Field Assessment in Rote Ndao, Aru Archipelago and Merauke District.
The context of this TOR is UNDP seeking to engage organization/company to facilitate field assessment in 4 main objectives related to updating data and information on Habitat and Marine ecosystem, Fisheries consumption and business assessment, land-based and marine pollution, and gender field assessment. The main focus area of assessment are in 3 districts, Rote Ndao district – Nusa Tenggara Timur, Aru Archipelago-Maluku, and Merauke District -Papua Province.
Objective
- The overall objective of this assignment is to support the Government of Indonesia to improve fisheries management.
Output
The key output under this assignment is, which includes but not limited to:
- Facilitate Habitat and Ecosystem assessment
- Facilitate Fisheries consumption and Business assessment
- Facilitate Land-based and Marine pollution
- Facilitate Gender assessment
Proposed Methodology for the Completion of Services
- The Service Provider must describe how it will address/deliver the demands of the RFP;
- providing a detailed description of the essential performance characteristics, reporting conditions, and quality assurance mechanisms that will be put in place while demonstrating that the proposed methodology will be appropriate to the local conditions and context of the work.
Qualifications of the Service Provider
The Service Provider must describe and explain how and why they are the best entity that can deliver the requirements of UNDP by indicating the following:
- Profile – describing the nature of the business, the field of expertise, licenses, certifications, accreditations;
- Business Licenses – Registration Papers, Tax Payment Certification, etc.
- Latest Audited Financial Statement – income statement and balance sheet to indicate Its financial stability, liquidity, credit standing, and market reputation, etc.;
- Track Record – list of clients for similar services as those required by UNDP, indicating a description of contract scope, contract duration, contract value, contact references;
- Written Self-Declaration that the company is not in the UN Security Council 1267/1989 List, UN Procurement Division List, or Other UN Ineligibility List.
