Applicants are now invited to apply for the European Solidarity Corps to generate ideas, prepare and implement volunteer initiatives and campaigns aimed at inclusion and diversity, promoting democratic participation of youth and community development, as well as supporting digital transformation.
Daily activities include team meetings, preparing volunteer and club activities with the local community; anthropological work in the office and in the field with the local community and youth; supporting informal communities and organizations; research, socio-cultural initiatives and experiments, discussion forum and dissemination of knowledge.
The activity is planned for 4 participants (including one from Bulgaria). The activity is primarily aimed at young people with fewer opportunities, regardless of ethnicity, sexual orientation and other signs of differences. The planned activity is for a period of 8 months. The place of implementation of the activities is the city of Burgas, located on the Black Sea coast.

Costs Covered
- Accommodation is provided in accommodation with good sanitary and living conditions. Each volunteer is provided monthly with financial means for the rent of the accommodation and household supplies (electricity, water and other expenses related to the accommodation).
- Monthly, the project provides funds for pocket money (according to the regulations of the Program – 7 euros per day); and money for food, according to the standard of the host country and the project’s estimates.
- Participants are reimbursed for arrival and departure transportation and visa (if applicable).
Programme Specifications
- Preparatory training before the volunteer activity. During the activity, the participant participates in team building, teamwork training and multicultural environment, digital transformation. Cultural and linguistic knowledge of the host country is provided, as well as free language training through the EU’s online language platform.
- An opportunity to participate in arrival training and midterm assessment is provided. During the activity, the volunteer is trained using the “learning by doing” method to develop key language competencies, which are validated in a European Youthpass certificate.

- Türkiye, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, North Macedonia, Portugal, Ukraine.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age between 18 and 30 years.
- No requirements for gender, educational qualification, and work experience.
- The candidate must know the nature and principles of volunteering.
- To be responsible for the commitments made the property entrusted to him.
- To comply with the schedule of project activities.
- To be polite and tolerant towards the other participants in the project.
- Special language skills and professional experience are not required.
- Voluntary service is suitable for young people with fewer opportunities, according to the rules of the European Solidarity Corps Program.
