Deadline: 17-Sep-2025
The Aspire Leaders Program is a free, online leadership development journey designed for limited-income and first-generation university students and recent graduates worldwide. It is structured to be flexible and manageable alongside other commitments.
The program begins with a three-week module focused on personal and professional development. Participants take a strengths-based leadership skills assessment and access resources developed with Harvard Business School. These include guidance on creating a LinkedIn profile, writing a resume, preparing for interviews, and building a professional network. Live sessions offer opportunities for global peer interaction.
The second module spans five weeks and features the Aspire Horizons Course, created and led by Harvard University faculty. The curriculum explores self-awareness in leadership, building trust, the role of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, addressing community challenges, and taking action within communities.
Throughout the program, masterclasses are held as synchronous sessions led by top educators from universities worldwide. These live, interactive experiences allow participants to learn and engage with a global network of peers and mentors.
Eligible applicants are between 18 and 29 years old, come from limited-income backgrounds or are the first in their family to attend university, and are currently undergraduate students or recent graduates who have not pursued postgraduate studies.
