Applications are open for the Teach For Malaysia Fellowship, an intensive, full-time, fully-paid two years Leadership Development Programme designed to equip aspiring leaders with the skills, on-ground experience and network to create change in classrooms, communities and the education system in the long run.
You will work closely with the school and local community as a Teaching Partner to understand and address educational inequity from the roots, while building a global professional network of Alumni, partners and mentors, who are ready to guide and collaborate with you throughout your journey.
Candidates applying to the Fellowship must be prepared to commit two full years for the Fellowship. The 2-year commitment is essential for one’s leadership development journey, and developing a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by students in their schools and communities. Full commitment is crucial in order to develop the conviction and insight necessary to become lifelong leaders in the pursuit of educational opportunity for all.

Benefit
- TFM will provide an allowance of ~ RM700/month during the Pre-Service Programme.
Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible to join the Fellowship, you must
- Be a Malaysian citizen below 40 years old.
- Hold an accredited Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Have strong verbal and written English and Bahasa.
- Be a graduate from a local or overseas university.
- Have a strong academic track record.
