Humphrey Fellowship Program 2018-2019” which brings accomplished young and mid-career professionals with leadership potential to the United States for a year of non-degree graduate-level academic study, leadership development, and professional collaboration with U.S. counterparts.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must have the following:
- an undergraduate degree
- at least five years of full-time, professional experience
- limited or no prior experience in the United States
- demonstrated leadership qualities
- a record of community service
