RAHU is expanding their youth empowerment efforts to provide support for youth-led and youth-founded initiatives, The Impact Forge is a cohort-based platform through which RAHU will provide mentorship, capacity building and access to resources to ensure youth-founded initiatives succeed and thrive.

- Organizational branding and communication Support: focused on strategic positioning, program implementation and expanded advocacy facilitated by communication and brand development.

The professionals and experts will form a pool of human resources, providing one-on-one support and conducting capacity-building sessions throughout the fellowship year.

Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible organizations must meet the following criteria:
- Be a youth-led, youth-centred or youth-founded social impact initiative. The organization must be led by young people (18-27 years)
- Have a unique social transformation idea with a focus on health and development.
- The organization/initiative must be between 0 to 5 years from the date of registration or commencement of operations (established in or after 2020).
- Operating in or targeting Central (Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono) or the Rwenzori region ( Kasese).
- Applicants must demonstrate a clear vision for scaling their impact, opportunities for growth and a willingness to participate fully in the incubation program.
