Daughters for Life Foundation Scholarship Program

The Daughters for Life Foundation Scholarship Program is open to female students with an interest in any field of study, which is in line with their foundation’s philosophy.

The Daughters for Life Foundation offers fully funded undergraduate and graduate level scholarships. These scholarships are open to female students with an interest in any field of study, which is in line with our foundation’s philosophy.

Their scholarship program is about empowering young women to run towards their dreams, whatever shape or form those dreams may take. They believe in their scholars wholeheartedly and have seen graduates go on to do incredible things.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a scholarship with DFL, you must meet a certain set of criteria.

  • You can apply to the DFL Scholarship if you are:
    • Female
    • A citizen and resident of one of the following countries in the Middle East: Palestine, Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Morocco
    • In financial need
    • Committed to returning to the home country once studies are complete
  • Additional required criteria:
    • Your Achievements
      • Achieving success despite adversity and hardship
      • Making an outstanding contribution to improving the lives of girls and women through work and volunteering at school and in the community
      • Reaching significant academic grades (minimum of 75%)
      • Having a strong command of English that meets the academic institution’s requirement
      • An offer of admission to a program from one or more of our Daughters for Life Academic Partners
    • Your Skills and Interests
      • Compassion
      • Creativity
      • Perseverance
    • Your Overall Goals
      • To positively contribute to all communities you join
      • To return home when your studies are complete, to benefit your community
Selection Criteria

To be considered for a Daughters for Life scholarship, you must:

  • Meet all of DFL’s requirements (including required forms, documents, and references)
  • Be accepted by one of their Academic Partners
  • Please note: Scholarship places are limited; where multiple applicants meet these requirements, a combination of financial need, personal characteristics and academic ability will be used to differentiate candidates and make a selection.
