Deadline: 15-Oct-2025
The World Health Organization (WHO) has opened a Call for Proposals for the design of campaign materials in support of World Hearing Day 2026.
This opportunity invites creative and communications professionals to help amplify the global message around ear and hearing care, in preparation for the 3 March 2026 observance.
Applicants will be expected to deliver a suite of materials, including announcement posters, web banners, social media graphics, print posters in multiple languages, branding elements, and certificates. These designs should serve multiple audiences—school children, teachers, healthcare workers, and the general public—and must be adaptable across digital and print platforms.
One of the key requirements is that materials must be produced in the six official UN languages, ensuring broad accessibility and reach. Designers must also ensure that the creative content aligns with WHO’s key messaging and visual identity for World Hearing Day 2026. Flexibility and consistency across formats will be critical.
Eligible submitters should provide a concept note, portfolio of past work, timeline, budget, and a description of team roles. The work party will need to be available between August 2025 and March 2026, to coordinate closely with WHO for reviews, translations, and final production.
This call offers a unique chance to contribute to global health advocacy by shaping how messages about hearing prevention, awareness, and care reach diverse populations around the world.
