Deadline: 25-Aug-2025
The Hexaware Innovation Challenge is calling on startups and research innovators to create Agentic AI solutions that transform how clinical trials are designed, monitored, and scaled. Clinical trials are vital for life sciences innovation, yet they remain complex, costly, and time-consuming. This challenge aims to change that by combining deep-tech innovation with clinical and enterprise-grade problem statements, offering a platform to accelerate breakthroughs in clinical research workflows.
Over a month-long program, selected participants will tackle real-world problems with access to Hexaware and IIITH’s ecosystem, including technical mentorship, clinical datasets, and expert guidance. The program will conclude with an Innovation Immersion Day, where finalists present their prototypes to industry leaders and stakeholders.
The challenge focuses on AI-agent-based solutions addressing pain points in the clinical trial lifecycle, such as automating data management and reconciliation, enabling real-time central monitoring, streamlining data mapping and analytics for regulatory submissions, and automating clinical study reporting.
Winners will receive a ₹8 lakh PoC grant, access to real clinical data, engineering support, mentorship from IIITH faculty and industry experts, and the opportunity to co-develop solutions with Hexaware while showcasing their innovations to healthcare and enterprise stakeholders. It is open to innovators in life sciences and AI, including startups, research groups, corporates, students, and faculty building solutions for clinical trials, pharmaceutical research, or enterprise healthcare systems.
