Based on the Ministerial Council Decisions 6/18, 6/17 and 7/17 of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and in line with its mandate to assist participating States in the implementation of their human dimension commitments, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) has launched the application process for the International Survivors of Trafficking Advisory Council (ISTAC).

The Office conducts training programmes for government and law-enforcement officials and non-governmental organizations on how to uphold, promote and monitor human rights.
