The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine invites you to join the Forum of Judges “Administration of Justice in the Armed Conflict in Eastern Ukraine”.
Representatives of the judicial system of various instances, representatives of relevant public organizations, international partners and all those interested in the administration of justice in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts affected by the armed conflict are invited to the discussion.
The program is supported by twelve international partners: the European Union (EU), the European Investment Bank (EIB), the US Embassy in Ukraine, as well as the governments of Denmark, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden and Japan.
The forum will take place within the framework of the United Nations Program for the Restoration and Peacebuilding with the financial support of the governments of Denmark, Switzerland and Sweden.
Criteria
- features of administration of justice in the conditions of long-term armed conflict in the east of Ukraine;
- how to protect human rights in armed conflict;
- how civilians can receive compensation for private property destroyed by armed conflict;
- how to protect women from domestic and gender-based violence in armed conflict;
- features of justice and human rights protection in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine restrictions.
