The Ministry of Tribal Affairs in collaboration with MyGov invites citizens to participate in the Reel the Tribal Spirit – Video Contest 2025.
The competition aims to promote awareness of India’s tribal heritage, encourage creative storytelling, and foster pride in the nation’s indigenous cultures. Participants can create short 60–180 second reels highlighting the vibrant traditions, art, music, festivals, crafts, attire, and inspiring stories of India’s tribal communities.
The competition provides a unique opportunity for creators across the country to explore and express the richness of India’s tribal heritage through engaging and meaningful short reels. By showcasing the customs, festivals, art forms, and lifestyle of indigenous communities, participants can highlight the cultural depth that continues to shape the identity of the nation.
Through creative storytelling and visual expression, the competition seeks to connect audiences with the timeless beauty and values of tribal India. It encourages citizens to become ambassadors of cultural preservation and to celebrate the artistic and social contributions of these communities.
Open to all Indian citizens, this platform not only nurtures creativity but also honors the spirit of inclusivity and national pride. The top three winners will be rewarded with INR 10,000 each for their exceptional storytelling and visual creativity.
