The HERIFORGE 1st Open Call invites applications for innovative projects that develop technical solutions using immersive technologies in the field of cultural heritage.
A new opportunity is on the horizon for creative innovators in cultural heritage: the HERIFORGE project is launching its first Open Call for applications. Designed to ignite projects that harness immersive technologies, this initiative will select up to six proposals that meet the specific challenges outlined by the HERIFORGE Hubs.
Eligible applicants include small and medium-sized enterprises, startups, individuals, NGOs, foundations, and associations, particularly those based in Cyprus, Poland, or Türkiye. Organizations from other EU Member States or Horizon Europe associated countries may also apply, provided they demonstrate a tangible local presence.
Successful proposals will be awarded up to €50,000 in financial support alongside six months of technical mentoring and assistance. This support is tailored to help recipients develop and refine their innovative solutions, directly benefiting the evolving intersection of heritage and immersive technology.
