It’s challenging for small and medium businesses to scale, and post-pandemic it has been even more difficult. These companies and individuals have faced several issues managing finance, scaling, managing growth, being data-driven and more. With so many businesses scrambling for viable solutions, we call upon you to participate in this hackathon and create solutions.
Themes
To empower small and medium businesses, marginalized society, and local communities, using digital innovation, artificial intelligence/ machine learning, blockchain and other latest technologies.
- Indian Artists NFTs
- Digitize and enable the local artists of India monetize their work digitally and bring it to the masses, using Non-Fungible Tokens (“NFTs”).
- Financial Inclusion
- Envision financial products and services based on alternative data that are accessible to a larger mass, enabling financial inclusion.
- Business Innovation
- Build cutting edge solutions for retail and manufacturing Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) to put them back at the center of the Indian economy.
Prize Details
- 1st Prize Cash prize of ₹6,00,000.
- First Runner-Up Cash prize of ₹3,00,000 awarded to 2 groups.
- Second Runner-Up Cash prize of ₹1,00,000 awarded to 2 groups.
- Special Mentions Cash prize of ₹50,000 awarded to 2 groups.
Eligibility Criteria
- This hackathon is open for working professionals only. We will be checking your professional background during the evaluation. The contest is not open to college/school students.
- Skillenza holds the right to remove or block Content that Skillenza or Amazon deem unfit for one or many of the reasons below:
- Participants should be at least 18 years old. In case a participant is not Eighteen (18) years old, then such person may participate only after obtaining the consent of their parent / legal guardian / or such other person legally authorized to provide consent on behalf of the participant.
- If you are a government official, you may only enter the Contest in your personal capacity. “Government officials” include any government employee; candidate for public office; and employees of government-owned or government-controlled companies, public international organizations, and political parties.
Judging Criteria
Each phase has different evaluation parameters and the judges will rate your work on the basis of that.
