The top 20 companies will be invited to an exclusive event to pitch in front of a panel of experts and investors as well as participate in the matchmaking sessions with invited corporates and investors.
Funding Information
- The winners will receive waived entry into the 12-month Accelerator Program worth €50,000. They will get dedicated services in international Access to Finance and Business Development by the EIT Digital Accelerator team.
- The best five companies will receive a full year of tailored international growth support by the EIT Digital Accelerator worth €50,000 to scale up their business.
- Raise your next Series A or B round from international investors with the support of an experienced Access to Finance team;
- Get coached on your market readiness and go-to-market strategy to support your international goal ambitions;
- Leverage EIT Digital’s 350+ Pan-European network of top European corporations, investors, SMEs, universities and research institutions;
- Gain international visibility through EIT Digital communication channels.
Eligibility Criteria
- Innovative scaleups incorporated in one of the 27 member states of the European Union, United Kingdom, or one of the Horizon Europe associated countries are eligible. Companies need to be in the growth stage, which has to be proven by showing either minimum revenues of €300,000 in 2021, or in 2022 until June 30, or by having raised total funding of min. €2,000,000.
- The competition is focusing on ‘deep tech’ scaleups, broadly defined as technology companies with a differentiating product offering, built around unique scientific or technological advances which are often protected or hard to reproduce. Company’s solution must be applicable to one of the 5 thematic areas: Digital Industry, Digital Finance, Digital Cities, Digital Wellbeing and Digital Tech.
- Lastly, the company needs to be in operation for less than ten years.
