DiversityQ is delighted to announce the shortlist for the Women in IT Awards Asia 2022!
The awards, now its 4th year, have recognised and celebrated women, allies, and organisations across Asia for their outstanding contribution to the technology industry.
This year, the awards are all about highlighting growth, continuity, and results and they want to celebrate YOU. They want to shout about your success stories and showcase how you’ve emerged with impact despite the challenges over the past two years.
This year they have 20 categories focusing on achievements in technology, DEI and advocacy.

Shine a light on outstanding industry talent and role models, as well as the employers that are implementing diversity initiatives to spearhead real change in the sector.
Who can nominate for these Awards?
- The Women in IT Award nominations are open to all women. You can nominate yourself or your colleagues/peers. Please make full use of the word count, providing the performance information requested in the category description. You are also invited to include links to associated work for their judges to verify the information shared. They look forward to receiving your nominations.
- Candidates are welcome and encouraged to nominate themselves as well as other team members, colleagues or peers. Nominations are open to technology professionals across industries, and it is free to submit an entry.
- Please note: each candidate can only be nominated for a maximum of two categories. If subsequent nominations are received, only the first two will be considered for the shortlisting process. Nominations will only be considered for candidates living and working within Asia.
