Entries for this year’s Women in Tech Employer Awards are now open!
The Women in Tech Employer Awards aim to recognise the employers and individuals going above and beyond to help close the gender gap within the tech sector. The Award is looking for companies that are making innovations in their recruitment processes, who offer flexible working packages, equal pay and who recognise that attracting the female workforce is essential to encouraging growth in tech.

Eligibility Criteria
The Women in Tech Employer Awards are open to all UK businesses that believe they fit in these awards criteria. You must submit your entry according to the entry guidelines for your chosen category. You may enter more than one category if applicable to your business.
Rules for Entry
- The Awards are free to enter.
- All entries must be submitted through the 3rd party system – Award Stage.
- Entries received after the deadline date will not be considered.
- The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
- Sponsors may not enter a category they are sponsoring.
- The judges reserve the right to move your entry to another category, add you to another category, or remove categories.
- All comments, facts and figures submitted on your entry must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- By submitting your entry, you are agreeing to partake in the publicity of the awards, including any images taken on the awards night.
- It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure any testimonials, customer information or data supplied as part of the entry meets GDPR guidelines.
- You may enter more than one category if relevant to your business.
- Entries must be individually tailored to each category and may be removed if content is duplicated.
- Entrants may be asked to provide further information.
- The Award reserves the right to withdraw a category at any time. The Award reserves the right to extend the entry deadline.
