These awards celebrate Xero accounting, bookkeeping and app partners. It shows the industry and your clients that you’re at the top of your game.

Why should you nominate yourselves for a Xero Award?
- There are so many reasons to nominate your practice or company for a Xero Award:
- Whether you’re crowned a winner or not, it’s an excellent opportunity to reflect on your achievements and bring them to light.
- If you’re announced a winner, you’ll be sent a Xero Awards winners pack to promote your award win. This includes:
- A framed winner’s certificate & trophy to take pride of place in your office.
- Digital assets including social tiles to promote your award win.
- A winners guide featuring tips to maximise being a Xero awards winner.
- Your clients will feel validated that they’re with a Xero partner who’s happy to step up and be recognised.

Eligibility Criteria
- South African Partner of the Year
- Your practice must be based in South Africa
- The award is based on achievements made in the last 12 months. The assessment period is from November 2021 – October 2022.
- The Xero partner can nominate their firm in only one of the following award categories: South African Partner of the Year or South African Emerging Partner of the Year.
- South African Emerging Firm of the Year
- Your practice must be based in South Africa
- The practice must have joined the Xero partner program on or after 1 April 2021
- The award is based on achievements since becoming a Xero partner.
- Previous winners or nominees are eligible to enter
- The Xero partner can nominate their firm in only one of the following award categories: South African Partner of the Year or South African Emerging Partner of the Year.
- South African Most Valued Professional
- Must be a Xero partner.
- Your practice must be based in South Africa.
- Previous winners or nominees are eligible to enter.
- South African App Integrator of the Year
- App integrator must be live in Xero’s South Africa-based App Integrator Directory and launched before April 2022.
- Assessment is based on the period November 2021 – October 2022.
- South African App of the Year
- App must be live in Xero’s marketplace and launched on or before October 2021.
- Assessment is based on the period November 2021 – October 2022.
- As per Xero’s App partner program, the minimum requirement is a Xero web page that includes a ‘Try Xero’ button with XTID code.
- Minimum requirement to have completed OAauth2 migration or confirmed migration due date.
- Global App Partner of the Year
- App must be live in Xero’s marketplace and launched before October 2021.
- Assessment is based on the period November 2021 – October 2022.
- As per Xero’s App partner program, the minimum requirement is a Xero web page that includes a ‘Try Xero’ button with XTID code.
- Minimum requirement to have completed OAauth2 migration or confirmed migration due date.
