The Enginuity Skills Awards 2026 celebrates and recognises exceptional individuals, apprentices, students, employers, and training providers across the UK’s engineering and manufacturing sectors.
The focus areas include Advanced Level Apprentice of the Year, Graduate, Degree or Higher-Level Apprentice of the Year, T Level Student of the Year, SME Employer Skills Champion of the Year, Large Employer Skills Champion of the Year, Training Provider Skills Champion of the Year, New Talent Inspiration Programme of the Year, and the Enginuity Alliance Collaboration Award.
Winners of the two apprenticeship categories (Advanced Level Apprentice & Graduate Degree or Higher-Level Apprentice) and the T Level Student category will receive a £1,000 prize, with two runners-up for each category receiving £500.
This prestigious initiative offers a national platform to honour innovation, dedication, and excellence in engineering and manufacturing. The awards ceremony will take place on 1 July 2026 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, providing a stage for the sector’s brightest talents to be celebrated for their contributions. The event invites entries from apprentices, training providers, SMEs, and large organisations that drive productivity, sustainability, diversity, and growth across the industry.
