Applications are now open for the 11th Cohort of Incubation Program for Startups at the National Incubation Center (NIC).
The startup landscape has changed tremendously over the past 5 years, in terms of openness and receptivity for entrepreneurship, with young people leading the way forward. Pakistan has one of the world’s youngest populations, a trend seen continuing until at least 2050, according to the United Nations Development Programme and the NIC has strategically designed its offerings to cater to them.
To further the aspirations of the Pakistani youth, enabling them with the tools to build the future economy of Pakistan, in line with the vision for ‘Entrepreneurship Led Economic Growth’ in Pakistan.

Incubation Process
- Applications Accepted: Founders from across Pakistan are invited to apply during their incubation windows twice a year.
- Founder Interviews: Shortlisted candidates attend expert panel interviews. Interviews are held across the country.
- The Results: The NIC takes great care in considering which startups make it through.
- Your Incubation Begins: A range of trainings and facilities are provided to startups, along with rent free space to work at the NIC.
- Graduation Assessments: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ensure only startups that meet or exceed expectations graduate.
- Graduation: After a year of incubation you become a part of the NIC alumni network.
