The Irish Youth Foundation (IYF) is offering grants under “2022 Vhi Health & Wellbeing Fund” to support projects that seek to strengthen resilience in young people and help them manage anxiety, with the emphasis on early intervention and prevention.
Projects may work directly with young people or with the adults that surround them.
Funding Information
- Fund of €85,000 to support young people’s health and wellbeing.
- There are two funding opportunities available:
- Option 1: Awards of up to €10,000
- Option 2: Awards of up to €5,000
Eligibility Criteria
This fund is open to projects based in the 6 counties where Vhi operate – Cork, Dublin, Limerick, Galway, Donegal & Kilkenny.
To be eligible the applying organisation must;
- Work with young people aged between 12-25 years old
- Be a registered not-for-profit or charitable organisation
- The organisation must have a bank account set up in the name of the organisation
- Be registered in the Republic of Ireland and active in Ireland for the past 12 months
- The organisation must have a child protection policy in place
