Arrow Energy (Arrow) is currently seeking applications for the Brighter Futures program to support the sustainable development of communities in their operational footprint.
Focus Areas
- Through Brighter Futures, they support organisations that are dedicated to developing stronger Queensland communities in three areas:
- health and safety
- education
- environment.
- The program places significant importance on the inclusion of Indigenous projects and initiatives.
Funding Information
- The majority of applications for Brighter Futures funding are for small scale initiatives and activities (typically valued from $500 to $5000 excl. GST).
What they Fund?
They fund initiatives that:
- Build skills and capacity in the local communities
- Bring communities together and support local businesses
- Deliver ongoing benefits to communities after the initiative is complete
What they do not Fund?
They do not fund:
- Individuals or organisations that are not eligible recipients
- Initiatives delivered outside of their priority locations and key focus areas
- Requests for capital works or large equipment requiring ongoing maintenance
- On-going running costs including insurance, employee salaries or overheads
- Untied cash donations including prize money
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for funding applications must:
- Be submitted by a not-for-profit organisation
- Benefit the communities where Arrow operates
- Surat Basin
- Bowen Basin and
- Greater Brisbane region.
