The Austrian Development Agency (ADA), the agency of Austrian development cooperation, is inviting projects to promote development communication and education projects in Austria.
Projects are funded that address fundamental issues of global development and the global networking of Austria derived from it and are primarily aimed at multipliers in all socially relevant sectors, at decision-makers in politics and business, and at the general public.

- Attention: Information work, campaigns, advocacy, media

Funding Information
- The maximum project duration is three years.
- The minimum application amount for funding is EUR 20,000.
Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible applicants:
- Legal persons are entitled to apply in accordance with Section 3 (2) of the Development Cooperation Act.
- Individuals cannot submit applications.
- Funded projects:
- Individual projects:
- Individual projects are usually those that make a clearly defined contribution to the Implementation of the ADA strategy for development communication and education in Austria.
- The maximum project duration is three years, the minimum three months.
- Programs:
- Programs are projects that are based on a multi-year development strategy and which consist of coherent and interrelated program interventions and the approaches in the ADA strategy for development communication and education in Austria correspond.
- The maximum program duration is three years, but at least two years.
- Strategic partnerships:
- Strategic partnerships are projects based on a program strategy of at least five years applicant organization, and their total project volume at least EUR 1,000,000 for a five-year term. A strategic partnership provides a significant and sustainable contribution to strengthening Austria-wide services and offers in the field of development communication and education.
- The term of a strategic partnership is a maximum of 5 years. The planning and elaboration takes place in coordination with the ADA.
- Only one ADA grant can be awarded for each project.
