The Barton Foundation is currently accepting applications for the Community Health Grant Program to provide a greater impact on local non-profit organizations that have been adversely impacted by the pandemic.
Funding priority will be given to those organizations addressing the region’s top three needs, as determined in the Community Health Needs Assessment Community Health Needs Assessment: access to healthcare, substance use and mental health, including pediatric mental health.
Funding Information
- In order to serve as many organizations as possible, the maximum grant award is $10,000.
Applications will be reviewed in mid-summer by the Community Health Advisory Committee, comprised of community leaders, Barton Foundation board members, and non-profit stakeholders.
If awarded a grant, please note there will be a mid-year and annual report due in April and September of 2022.
