The Gender Equality Monitoring Association (CEID) is accepting applications for the CEİDizler Grant Program.
The CEIDizzes Grant Program, implemented within the scope of the CEIDizz Project financed by the European Union, is a financial support mechanism created to support and develop the monitoring activities of rights-based non-governmental organizations in the field of gender equality to ensure gender equality and strengthen participatory democracy.
Purpose
- Its general purpose is to ensure gender equality and make participatory democracy functional in Turkey.
- Contribute to strengthening the monitoring capacities of rights-based non-governmental organizations working for is to be found.
- Its specific purpose is to establish the rights of non-governmental organizations for indicator-based monitoring of gender equality.
- Developing based monitoring capacities, diversifying monitoring activities, dissemination and supporting the implementation of monitoring processes in a participatory manner.
Priority Areas
- Improving inter-institutional cooperation in gender equality monitoring activities;
- Establishing indicator -based monitoring mechanisms to monitor gender equality;
- Increasing monitoring and advocacy skills to ensure gender equality;
- It is the development of tools that will popularize gender equality.
Funding Information
- The total amount allocated for this Grant Program is 13,133,120.00 TL for Lot 1.
- It must be between the specified lower and upper limits.
- Lower Limit: 341.120,00 TL
- Upper Border: It is 1,193,920TL
What are the Eligible Projects and Activity Types?
- All projects must be implemented in Turkey. In addition to the activities to be held in Turkey. As a result, some activities whose necessity has been proven can be implemented in EU countries. However, such activities cannot constitute a large part of the Project.
- The projects listed below are for example purposes only and applications are not limited to such projects:
- Increasing the local gender equality monitoring capacity and ensuring its sustainability advocacy activities for;
- Monitoring capacity and tools to increase local cooperation and information sharing development;
- To promote increased cooperation and dialogue between target institutions and organizations development of sustainable and functional indicator-based monitoring mechanisms and tools;
- Better and more effective advocacy and institutions in the field of gender equality development of inter-collaboration and data sharing mechanisms;
- Improving the research and data management skills of target institutions and organizations (data information on collection, storage, analysis and dissemination tools); more effective advocacy Informing all relevant stakeholders about the impacts and results of their work;
- The perception and impact of target institutions and organizations on gender equality within the society developing tools to measure and improve;
- With the cooperation of target institutions and organizations, gender-based conducting monitoring and policy development studies.
- Conducting monitoring studies in different thematic areas in cooperation with target institutions and organizations.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must meet the following conditions to apply for a grant:
- Being established in one of the provinces of Adana, Ankara, Bursa, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul, Izmir, Mersin, Samsun and Trabzon
- Having a legal entity and
- Non-profit and
- Becoming a non-governmental organization
- The same institution cannot apply for more than one project as an applicant, but can be a co-applicant for more projects.
