Vital Voices Global Partnership is inviting civil society and /or non-profit organizations to submit projects that help prevent and respond to gender-based violence in all its forms.
They seek innovative and relevant ideas that contribute to prevention and responses of gender-based violence and femicide in El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras.
Vital Voices Global Partnership recognizes the link between gender-based violence and forced migration in Central America. In order to respond to the needs of survivors of gender-based violence in Central America, particularly those who have returned or been deported to their countries of origin such as El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras,
Priority will be given to proposals that demonstrate collaboration between civil society, government, and/or the private sector.
Funding Information
- In recognition of the critical role civil society plays in addressing gender-based violence and femicide in El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras, Vital Voices Global Partnership will award a limited number of grants ranging from $40,000 to $80,000 US dollars to fund these projects.
Criteria
- Each and every one of the requirements must be included. Applications that do not meet all requirements will not be considered.
- Complete proposal form
- Detailed project budget
- Budget Narrative
- Complete monitoring and evaluation plan
- Schedule of activities
- Memorandum of understanding for full collaboration (only if there is collaboration with other organizations)
