- Lot 1: LEARN (Innovative Education for Global Citizenship)
- Fund your care-based, youth-led initiatives to teach and learn about sustainability, democracy, gender equality, and more in formal and non-formal Education Communities.
- Lot 2: ACT (Innovative Social & Ecological Initiatives)
- Fund your care-driven, youth-led initiatives in the Social and Solidarity Economy and Space regeneration. With new ideas on how to re-think and re-shape spaces and economic initiatives, you’ll be part of regenerating urban and rural communities.
- Lot 3: ENGAGE (Innovative Advocacy & Awareness Campaigns)
- Fund your care-based, youth-led advocacy campaigns to create awareness and push for change. Engage local institutions, political actors, media, and networks in campaigns for sustainability, equality, and justice.
Funding Information
- The overall indicative amount made available is EUR 280.000.
- Indicative allocation of funds by lot is:
- Lot 1: LEARN (Innovative Education for Global Citizenship)
- From €6,000 to €10,000 per grant
- Lot 2: ACT (Innovative Social & Ecological Initiatives)
- From €8,000 to €15,000 per grant
- Lot 3: ENGAGE (Innovative Advocacy & Awareness Campaigns)
- From €6,000 to €10,000 per grant
- Lot 1: LEARN (Innovative Education for Global Citizenship)
- A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 eligible projects per country will be financed.
- Projects must run between 6 to 12 months, with activities starting from September 2025.
Geographical Location
- Countries involved. The YOU(th) CARE Project will involve young people, organizations, groups and movements from 8 EU Countries (Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Hungary, Greece) and 4 non-EU and South Med Countries (Albania, Serbia, Tunisia, Morocco).
Eligible Costs
- Funding will cover the necessary expenses for project implementation, including human resources, materials, and execution. All costs should be incurred within the time framework of the project.
Eligibility Criteria
- Youth-led initiatives and youth-focused initiatives1 from the 12 countries involved in the YOU(th) CARE Project.
- Each project must be submitted by a partnership (one lead applicant + at least one co-applicant from the same Country.
- The lead applicant must:
- be a legal person
- be non-profit-making
- be a Civil Society Organisation (CSO) or an association of CSOs, or be a formal youth group/network
- be established, registered and have a bank account3 in one of the following countries: Spain, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Albania, Serbia, Morocco and Tunisia
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicants and affiliated entities), not acting as an intermediary
- be neither a beneficiary of a grant (neither lead, nor co-applicant, or affiliated entity) nor associates or contractors in the frame of EuropeAid/173998/DH/ACT/Multi call for proposal
- not have the financial, administrative or operational capacity to compete directly for EU funding under the EuropeAid/173998/DH/ACT/Multi call for proposal.
- Co-applicants must:
- be a non-profit making such as CSOs/NGOs, association, formal and non formal Educational Institutions, formal and informal youth groups, movements, collectives, Educational communities, cultural institutions, Youth Networks, with or without legal form (must provide proof of activity/stability, e.g., website or social media).
Ineligibility Criteria
- Individuals, governments, governmental institutions, and their representatives.
- Beneficiaries of another grant funded in the framework of EuropeAid/173998/DH/ACT/Multi call for proposal.
