Deadline: 31-May-22
The Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) is pleased to launch an open call for the Central Indiana Senior Fund to support programs and opportunities for low-to-moderate-income older adults in Central Indiana, with a focus on under-served or isolated populations.
Central Indiana Senior Fund continues a passion to assure that the community’s seniors have equitable access to basic needs and the ability to live with a sense of dignity and worth.
Since its inception in 2005, Central Indiana Senior Fund has awarded more than $12.3 million to senior-focused not-for-profits and programs in Central Indiana. The fund not only provides responsive grantmaking support but also endeavors to be strategic and proactive in their funding by identifying and addressing the unique needs—and opportunities—of the aging population in their community.
Areas
CICF is open to all requests for funding of senior services. They are deliberately interested in racial equity as it pertains to the following areas of need (which are in no priority order):

- Mitigating isolation and loneliness
- Supporting caregivers
- Decreasing senior homelessness
- Supporting programs that serve immigrant and undocumented seniors
