Expected Results
- For the prioritization exercise of interventions included in the contingency agreement, the framework is based on the activities proposed for UNICEF Colombia’s Humanitarian Action for Children (HAC) and a minimum package of humanitarian services guided by the Fundamental Commitments for Children (CCC), and based on existing practices and efforts, previous experiences within the country, such as the flood response in La Guajira and Chocó, the esponse to the displacement emergency in Arauca, Cauca and Catatumbo, and the response to children on the move in border offices with special emphasis on the deployment of interventions in Necoclí.
