The Community Foundation for Snohomish County (CFSC) is seeking applications for Human Services Endowment Fund to acknowledge Bob’s legacy of commitment to human service causes in their region.
Grant Priorities
Priority consideration will be given to organizations that:
- Are requesting funds for programs/services that are directly related to COVID recovery.
- Have annual budgets of $500,000 or less.
- And/or serve communities disproportionally impacted by COVID.
Funding Information
- Funding is for two-years (2021 and 2022).
- Grants are typically in the $5,000 range (per year).
- Capital expenses and endowments are not considered
Eligibility Criteria
- 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organizations, public agencies, school districts, libraries, parks with programs and/or services in Snohomish County. Organizations are limited to one application per organization.
- Applications should fit one of the following criteria:
- Basic Needs: (food, clothing, shelter, safety).
- Target populations include:
- Families
- Children
- Seniors
- Individuals with disabilities
- Target populations include:
- Human Services:
- Preference for small/medium sized agencies and community based programs with well-defined needs.
- Dental, wellness or mental health services.
- Prevention programs and services for pre-teens/teens.
- Programs that serve assist at-risk youth.
- Services for veterans.
- Preference for small/medium sized agencies and community based programs with well-defined needs.
- Human Service for disabled individuals:
- Health and wellness
- Recreation
- Enrichment program
- Access to services or opportunities to participate in the community. This may include mental health.
- Basic Needs: (food, clothing, shelter, safety).
