Deadline: 07-Apr-21
Pierce County is accepting applications for Chambers-Clover Creek Watershed Small Grants Program.
Small grants are available to assist local nonprofit organizations, jurisdictions, schools, teachers, and individuals wishing to enhance water quality and habitat in the Chambers-Clover Creek Watershed (WRIA 12). They partner with the City of Lakewood to fund this grant program.
Funding Information
The maximum grant amount is $2,500 per project. You are encouraged to apply for less if your project does not require the full amount. A total of $20,000 in grants may be awarded this year.
Criteria
Projects must be located within the Chambers-Clover Creek Watershed (WRIA12). PreK-16 schools, nonprofit organizations, students and individuals may apply. If an individual receives a grant they may be responsible for reporting income on their federal income taxes, unless they have a fiscal agent. Thanks to fiscal agent sponsorship provided by the Clover Creek Council, the grant funds will be made available upon award. Expense receipts are required.
