The Chilton Area Community Foundation is seeking proposals for its Community Fund 2021 to improve the quality of life for residents of the Chilton Area School District.
Traditionally, this fund has accepted applications for projects and programs in the area of arts and culture, community development, education, environment, and health and human services.
The Foundation will Fund
- Creative new activities or services: New programs, one-time projects, events, exhibits, studies or surveys.
- Enhancement or strengthening of existing activities: Projects to enhance, expand or strengthen the range, quantity and/or quality of an organization’s programs and services.
- Small capital investments: Items that are directly related to program delivery or service to clients, such as a refrigerator for a food pantry or equipment to comply with Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
Funding Information
Range of Grantmaking: up to $5,000.
Criteria
The Community Foundation will continue to accept requests from charitable organizations in these areas, with greater flexibility as to the type of support provided. Applicants may request support for projects or programs benefiting residents of the Chilton area as they have in years past, or, they may request assistance to respond specifically to the Covid-19 crisis including general operating support to sustain critical mission-based work that has been financially impacted by the crisis.
